To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. This online privacy statement (“Privacy Statement”) applies to the JDXpert Web Site located at jdxpert.com [and its associated domains and sub-domain] (collectively, the “Site”). By using or accessing the Site, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority and capacity to accept the terms of this Privacy Statement and you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Statement.

 

INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE
Registration
In order to use the Site (provided to your by your Employer), you must first have a user name and password. Your employer (or potential employer) (collectively, “Employer”) has provided us with your contact information (such as name and email address) and created an account for you.


HRTMS Inc. (JDXpert) is not the sole owner of the information collected on one of the Sites managed by HRTMS. Any information submitted on the Site may be shared with your Employer in connection with its use of the HRTMS Services and/or Site. HRTMS collects personally identifiable information from our users at several different points on the Site.

 

Uses of Information
HRTMS uses the information you submit on the Site to provide you and your Employer with Talent and Performance Management related services (e.g., performance appraisals, 360 feedback, selection assessments, succession planning, competency modeling, job description and/or compensation management).


We collect and store any information you enter on the Site or provide to us in any other way. We use the information that you provide for such purposes as responding to your requests, providing our services, and communicating with you and your Employer. Users should be aware that any user generated content or information submitted by you on the Site (such as ratings or comments) will be made available to others, and may personally identify the user as the source of these ratings and/or comments (unless otherwise stated). This Privacy Statement does not apply to any such user generated content and we are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Site with respect thereto. You understand and acknowledge that, even after removal, copies of such user content may remain viewable in cached and archived pages or if other users have copied or stored your user content.


HRTMS may collect information about the use of the Site, such as the types of services used and how many users we receive daily. This information is collected in aggregate form, without identifying any user individually. HRTMS may use this aggregate, non-identifying statistical data for statistical analysis, marketing, or similar promotional purposes. In addition, HRTMS analyzes aggregate data as part of ongoing efforts to validate and enhance our product.

 

COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE SITE
Service-related Announcements
We will send you strictly service-related announcements on occasions when it is necessary to do so. For instance, if you are a participant in a performance appraisal or a 360 feedback survey, we will send you a notification email. In some instances, we may also send you other notification/reminder emails related to the talent management process.


Generally, you may not opt-out of these communications, which are not promotional in nature. If you do not wish to receive any emails, your Employer has the option to deactivate your account.

 

Customer Service
We will communicate with you in response to your inquiries, to provide the services you request, and to manage your account. We will communicate with you by email or telephone, in accordance with your reasonable instructions.

 

INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
Aggregate Information (non-personally identifiable)
We may use aggregate data for validity, reliability, and normative research, though in such analyses data will not be identified by individual.

 

Personally Identifiable Information
We DO NOT Share Personally Identifiable Information with third parties.

 

LEGAL DISCLAIMER
We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information (1) if we are required to do so by law or legal process, (2) to law enforcement authorities or other government officials based on an enforceable government request or as may be required under applicable law, or (3) when we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to prevent physical harm or financial loss or in connection with an investigation of suspected or actual illegal activity.

 

CHOICE/OPT-OUT
Participation in the services offered on our Site (e.g., performance appraisals, 360 feedback, selection assessments, succession planning, job description and/or compensation management) is voluntary and based on your relationship with your Employer.

 

Log Files
As is true of most web sites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data.


We use this information to analyze trends, to administer the Site, to provide support, to track users’ movements around the Site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.


We do not link this automatically-collected data to personally identifiable information.

We use cookies as session identifiers on our servers. No personally identifiable information is stored in the cookies.

A cookie is a small text file that is stored on a user’s computer for record-keeping purposes. We use cookies on our Site.


When visiting our Site we maintain data on the user’s activities on our servers within a session. This session is uniquely identifiable via a temporary session token. We store this session token in the session cookie.

We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
