Before joining JDXpert, Ellerhorst was the founder and managing partner of KeelBoat Capital, an investment entity formed for the sole purpose of finding and investing in one great company. Prior to KeelBoat, Ellerhorst worked for more than seven years at GE. He held several roles across multiple functions (finance and product management), helping to deliver results in highly competitive markets. Ellerhorst holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Boston College and a Master of Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University. Ellerhorst and his wife Danielle recently moved to Raleigh, from Pittsburgh and have two daughters.
Don Berman has spearheaded the adoption of HR and talent management applications and technology driven best practices at large and mid-sized companies throughout the U.S and abroad. As co-founder and VP of Client Services, Don was instrumental in evolving the focus of JDXpert’s Talent Management platform toward a job description-centric model that resulted in JDXpert becoming a market leader in job description management solutions. Today, Don leads the company’s sales, marketing and partner efforts.
Rosemarie Berman is Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Development and leads JDXpert’s recruitment and development efforts. With over two decades of experience in project management, client onboarding and management, Rosemarie knows what makes for a successful customer experience—listening to every client, understanding that each has its own set of unique challenges and supporting those challenges with processes delivered by stellar implementation, support, and training teams.
In addition to her extensive experience in management, implementation and training, Rosemarie has managed career services for local colleges and trade schools, ensuring job placement for fresh graduates. Rosemarie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Pace University in New York City.
Ashley Johnston is a marketing professional who is committed to helping companies tell stories that accelerate brand recognition and drive corporate success.
After 15+ years working in the marketing and advertising field and over 10 years at JDXpert, Ashley knows what is required to cultivate brand recognition, generate buzz and drive company growth.
Ashley currently holds the title of Director of Marketing and is also a faculty member at Mount Aloysius College where she shares her passion for business and communications with undergraduate students. Prior to her time with JDXpert, she held positions at established firms specializing in advertising, marketing, public relations and graphic design.
Ashley serves as a member of the advisory council for The Women in Leadership Executive Program at The George Washington University, School of Business. She also holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Saint Francis University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Pennsylvania State University.
Ben leads the finance, accounting, and HR functions at JDXpert. Prior to joining the company, he was part of the finance team at software company Prometheus Group and previously led the finance and accounting function at Holt Brothers, a North Carolina-based general contractor. Ben holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from Auburn University and a Master of Accounting degree from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School. He is a North Carolina-licensed CPA.
Phil Mosely is the Chief Technical Officer at JDXpert and leads the technology teams for the company. Phil’s Agile Scrum software development team delivers innovation and deep technical support for all JDXpert products while the infrastructure team manages all SaaS hosting environments with a focus on security, reliability, and scalability.
Phil brings more than 3 decades of experience as an engineering and business leader. Prior to JDXpert, Phil was the Executive Vice President of Operations at RMS where he led the company’s software development and systems teams as well as support and implementation. Phil spent his early career as President and partner at OnSphere and DB Basics, delivering software products and services. Phil attended North Carolina State University in Electrical Engineering.
