Melissa Duncan, VP of People

Melissa has 14+ years of experience delivering business value through idea-to-scale instructional leadership and facilitation, meticulous project management, and strategic executive-level relationship management within early-stage organizations. As the Vice President of People at JDXpert, Melissa is responsible for the employee experience. Her passion for building a people-first culture has been the driving force behind her engaging strategies that motivate, support and fulfill team members. In her day-to-day role, Melissa wears multiple hats, ranging from developing hiring plans, coaching and mentoring employees to help them identify and foster their core strengths, working with senior leadership on organizational design to meet and exceed business goals, and managing compliance, performance, benefits, and compensation programs. Melissa received her undergraduate degree from Queens University of Charlotte and went on to earn an M.B.A from Wake Forest University.
